I received a phone call from a Brady Corp Recruiter a few weeks after I applied through my University. Only a few dozen are chosen out of a stack of thousands of applicants to come in for the interview. Feel honored to at least received the call.
You will be informed that it is a 2.5 hour interview with 5 different people. At first glance it seems like a group interview, WRONG. It is a 1:1 interview with 5 different people, 1/2 hour after another. This is five of the TOP marketing managers at Brady, not recruiters. The interviews are very hard, and really test your competency in the field. If you were to slip up on something, they would catch you. Know your resume well and be able to show your hard-working ethic and creativity. This is an out-of-the box interview process. If you are not sharp, you will not get the position, as they only hire 10 or less interns selected.
