Applied online , got call back next day. and told who I would meet. The interviewer introduced herself and handed me a form written with legal jargon but the gist was I wasn't to disclose company information. She then returned for me and was told I would shadow a senior CSR associate in the field for 1/2 an hour. After about 10 minutes, during a moment while waiting getting through on the line, I asked this person if they liked working there and the response was positive but not genuine. The interviewer swooped me away very quickly and basically asked if I could see myself doing the job and I said yes as she was walking to her desk and she basically offered the position. I was taken aback by her pushy demeanor, so fast and bluntly almost like , "you want the job or not?" Normally the interviewer would tell you about the company and the perks and compensation. It was a turn off, almost felt like I was a guy being propositioned by a prostitute or an undercover cop like in the movies. lol. The pay seemed tempting but the ambiance seemed all in all desperate and dark. There were some chain smoker telemarketers who entered the elevator upon my first stepping into building. That usually is a sign of people being in a high stress environment. they were talking about all the negative people they deal with when calling businesses.
