Phone screen, then in-person panel interview.
Turns out, they wanted someone who will do cold calls to hunt for new accounts, then manage those accounts, but also fetch their coffee and clean up after them in the kitchen.

Question 1
Pretty standard questions. But one of the questions was about what kind of work environment I preferred. When I replied I didn't want to work in a toxic, hostile environment with loud screaming and cursing reprimands, they seemed troubled. And after reading some of the company reviews, I understand why they were.
