Had a current r2r reachout on LinkedIn, it's been an unfortunate process to even get in contact with this individual. They won't respond to my LinkedIn messages at all even though they reached out to me to set up a time to speak. They will respond days later after telling me they would like to speak that day or the next and ask for my availability. It's incredibly unprofessional and not hard at all coming from someone who has many years of experience in recruiting. Respond to your candidates.
