Bozzuto sent me a virtual interview request where they had me respond to three prompts and record my responses. A month had passed and i assumed i wasn't moving forward in the process. A talent coordinator then reached out and asked if we could connect regarding next steps. I agreed and scheduled a time on her calendar. On the day of the phone screen, I didn't receive a call. I reached out via email to check in with the coordinator and confirm it was still a good time to connect. She apologized and stated she accidentally missed our call. She offered to schedule another time during the same day and I agreed. Again, I did not receive a call during our scheduled time. Fifteen minutes had passed and as I was reaching out to the coordinator she called. She apologized again and stated having technical difficulties with her calendar. We then proceeded to have our conversation and at the end of it she let me know she'd be forwarding my resume to the local team and would have them reach out to schedule an onsite interview. The property manager of the local team reached out to me on a Tuesday and asked for my availability. I responded right away, indicating I was open on the Thursday and Friday of that week. I never received a response or confirmation. I reached out to the property manager on the Friday morning and asked if she needed me to provide additional availability. I never received a response back. I thought this entire process was extremely unprofessional and very unorganized. This would not be a company I'd like to work for or with.
