honesty to all questions answered was the key , tell them you are honest and don't try to put on a fake person cause if hired, you have to continue to be that fake person, and that an only last so long

It was easy, staff was friendly and professional.
Everything was fine, the store looks organized.
Manager makes me feel confident and comfortable, the working environment looks good and the store cleaned

Entretien
Manager called me for a quick phone interview and then made an interview in person in the store. She made me wait a very long time but I figured she was just dealing with a customer. She then called me in again to offer me the position and sign some papers, and I was hired. The background check did take a long time, but that was due to upper management not getting back to her.
