I didn't get past the initial screening phone call. Unfortunately the interviewer wanted to focus on an insurance job I had 18 years ago. I understand insurance knowledge is helpful; however, this is an entry level position in which you are being trained for other opportunities in the business. I also felt like the interviewer wasn't experienced. There was a fair amount of awkward silence on the interviewer's end of the phone.
