The interview process was expeditious, with a short phone interview with two ADs, followed by an hour-long virtual interview with three higher-level staff members, then another hour-long interview later that week with the Executive Director. Everyone was absolutely lovely and treated me as their equal, which was appreciated as an interviewee.
I was told to expect outreach in 2-3 weeks for references, as three roles were open and looking to be filled by mid-June. I followed up at the end of week two, received a response a week later that there was no update, and then received an automated rejection from a no-reply HR email address 10 days later.
I can understand not being selected, but being given the run-around by such an esteemed institution is absolutely unacceptable. Please pare down your applicant pool before moving folks through the process so rapidly-- This was an astonishingly disappointing process.

Question 1
Asked to give a 8-12 minute presentation of another college or university and answer questions as if the interviewers were parents of prospective students. Very standard interviews for Admissions roles.

Three rounds—did admissions presentation and then classic interview. Met with most of the team. Didn’t receive follow up for quite some time after the interview. Eventually received generic HR email saying posto ton was filled almost 9 months later

Applied online and got an email to set up a phone interview with two Assistant Directors. It was mostly basic questions about previous experience and why I was interested. Seemed strange that I was being interviewed by people with the same job title I was applying for, but it went well. Next stage was in-person and had two parts: first, a 3-person panel of admissions staff where I was asked to give a 10-minute presentation on my alma mater, and second a one-on-one meeting with a senior staff member (scheduled together, took about 2 hours all together). I got an email about a week later to meet with HR, which was a ten-minute meeting offering me the position and outlining benefits.
