Screening, first round, second round. First round with two senior members of manufacturing department and in the second round of interview with director and hiring manager. And final round with hr, this process took at least 2 months for hiring

Basic S.T.A.R. interview questions. Specific questions related to resume. Everyone was very friendly. I had a phone interview and 2 onsite interviews. They told me they would get back to me within a week and never did. It was frustrating to be invited back to a final round and then never hear, even after sending an email to the recruiter. Seems like a wonderful company to work for, but left a really bad taste in my mouth.
