J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Boston Scientific (Minneapolis, MN) en mars 2013
Entretien
They do first and second round interviews on campus. They make their hiring decisions very quickly which I really appreciated. If they see value in you, they make an offer. Questions are fairly standard until the second round interview which is generally more conversational. They really try to get to know you before the interviews--for example I was invited to multiple dinners and information sessions to make sure it was a good fit.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Boston Scientific (Marlborough, MA) en févr. 2018
Entretien
I applied online and was contacted by an in-house recruiter a couple of months later. From the first contact by the recruiter through to the offer took about 3 weeks. I did one round of interviews, with four managers, half an hour each. They were interested in diving into my resume and experience, and asked specific scenario-based questions, though nothing too technical. Everyone I met was friendly and professional and put an emphasis on a collaborative team environment.

Received phone call from the recruiter and scheduled an interview with hiring manager 2 weeks later.
Met with the hiring manager and Sr. business analyst first round. Very structured interview in which questions were prepared beforehand and ranked your responses in front of you.
Second round met with Production/Manufacture Managers and Engineers. This second round was very unorganized, the interviewers did not have many hard/difficult questions it seemed like they were forced to give this interview.
