Six plus interviews total with several scheduling mistakes by their HR department . The interviews are not very technical, they are mostly behavioral. One interview was erroneously scheduled for 10pm due to time zone differences and was never cancelled.

Entretien
First round of interview was with hiring manager for 30 min. Next, they consolidated ~4 people into a panel (about an hour) so I could meet more team members in fewer interviews. They kept it very conversational and everyone was very friendly. Next, had 2 more 30 min interviews with another manager and the director of the organization.

Questions were very specific to the role but there were also many questions to figure out if you would be the right fit with the culture. BSC really values having team members who have similar values and are highly collaborative and kind.
