The entire process was pleasant and the recruiter was super helpful and advocated for me. After I heard I didn't get the role, the recruiter was willing to give me feedback and told me that I was a great candidate, the team just had to make a difficult decision between multiple great candidates. I was also given great job search advice and will keep applying to the company with this kind of culture.
