Use of IT assisted tools to arrange for first interview with scheduled reminders before the interview date. HR person was professional and discussed about expectations. Stuck to scheduled time. Very friendly yet remained professional.
I submitted my application, including my resume and cover letter, for the manager position. I received a call from the recruiter for an initial phone interview. We discussed my background, skills, and experience to determine if I was a potential fit for the position. I was invited for a video interview with the hiring manager and a member of HHRR team. We discussed my past experiences, accomplishments, and how they relate to the manager position. In the final interview, I met with three senior executives or key decision-makers in the organization. We discussed my fit with the company's values, long-term goals, and expectations for the manager role.
