We discussed my background, skills, and experience to determine if I was a potential fit for the position. I was invited for a video interview with the hiring manager and a member of HHRR team. We discussed my past experiences, accomplishments, and how they relate to the manager position. In the final interview, I met with three senior executives or key decision-makers in the organization. We discussed my fit with the company's values, long-term goals, and expectations for the manager role.
