Initial phone call with the recruiter was great, she committed to moving me to the next round on the first call and said she would send a follow up to schedule a specific date be the end of next week. After hearing nothing I followed up the next week and she said the process was still ongoing and she would make sure to set the interview up for me after the team hired another role. I never heard back again. I'm not sure if the posting was suspended or another candidate was hired but either way it's disappointing to be ghosted after mutual interest is displayed. A yes or a no either way is better than nothing.
