Very qualitative. They try to figure if you're a best fit personality wise. They will ask you questions about how you worked through some of your most difficult times. They will not ask too many technical questions. Just questions to probe what your skill set is and how you would best fit in the company.

I had one phone interview with a hiring manager and engineer. The interview was relatively short and straight forward. They mainly wanted to know my experience and skills. Fairly easy process.
