I was contacted through LinkedIn, met with the HR in a conference, had spot interviews with the managers after meeting with the HR. And they told about my job later that evening.

Two interviews back to back with two of the finance program heads. Fairly easy interview. Asked a lot of questions just trying to get to know my background. They asked a few technical questions, but mostly focused on getting to know me.

tough compentency based questions, on previous work, relationship with co-workers, difficult time with teams, preferable work flow. Techincal interview based questions on manufacturing process, meeting clincal needs, role of research engineers
