Sent in my resume and cover letter and then filled out an online application. Had two phone interviews with to different hiring managers. Interviews were mostly personality based.

Entrevista estandar en Español e inglés. Con preguntas de conta general. Para el area de Cuentas por pagar (AP), 30 minutos, no hay entrevista con RH aparte de las llamadas y hay prueba de orina.
It was a relatively straightforward interview process. The interviewer first asked some questions regarding supply chain concepts, after which they proceeded to explain what the team does and ended by outlining some job expectations.
