Standard HR screener.
The interview was mostly focused on the role and the company. Not a lot of conversation about my background and experience. It was good to learn more about the position but it would have been helpful to ask a few more delineating questions about my fit.

Entretien
I was set up an initial interview with a HR recruiter, who did not show up. Only after writing the recruiter was there follow-up. This repeated with the hiring manager, not once, twice, or three times. The hiring manager missed 4 appointments. This is the least professional recruiting process I've dealt with in over 30 years.
