New grad nurse process: 1. Send in application with letter of intent, 2 letters of recommendation, and resume. 2. Phone call interview checking RN licensure, vaccination status, and why BMC 3. In person interview with Nursing director and charge nurse.

The interview was over Zoom and lasted 30 minutes. It was with a panel of interviewers who asked about my experience, personality, and passion. At the end of the interview, they asked if I had questions about the position.
