I had a negative and strange interview process with Bose. First was a phone screen with a recruiter. That was fine but then the chaos began. Someone else, some other recruiter then contacted me to arrange my on site visit/interview to meet with 4 people. Arrived at Bose, checked in, and must have waited 15 minutes before the first person I was to see came to get me. He said he didn't know that he was supposed to be the fist person that I was seeing! So we ended up going over our allocated time during the interview; meanwhile the second guy is standing outside the room; so we didn't get to finish. The second guy took me up to his office, didn't even bother to tell me his job title. His office is right next to the hiring mananager's. After that guy, he took me next door to meet with the hiring manager, BUT the hiring manager was no where to be found! So the guy was looking around for him, and eventually the hiring manager comes back and apologies to me. During the interview the hiring manager told me he would be bringing me back for another round to meet the team and his boss. So while he was walking me to HR to have my interview with them, I notice a lot of empty cubes around. This doesn't look like a good sign at all, I ask him the reason for it, and he's like, well, people are moving to a different building. Yeah right. Then there was no follow up from Bose or the recruiter, until I reached out to them. Be careful, I don't recommend Bose.
