I sat in a conference room with the warehouse manager and answered some basic interview questions. The interview process was very relaxed and comfortable. The interview itself lasted for approximately 30 minutes where I was presented with an offer on the spot and accepted. They offered much better base pay then anywhere else I had applied.

Entretien
I received a phone call an hour after I dropped my application off and drove back to the branch an hour after that for the interview. The interview process was probably the least intimidating interview I've ever had. It was more like an open discussion than an interview. I felt welcomed throughout the entire interview and was able get answers to any questions I had.
