Bit clunky, but ok & covered main requirements for the role. Strength base questions, which are almost impossible to prep for - having to think on feet instead, which is not a bad thing.

Two online tests, one assessing customer service skills. Followed by virtual pre recorded interview. The interview was 8 questions, 5 seconds to prepare, 2 mins to answer, only 1 attempt.

The Interview process was fairly slick an easy to use the online system. Only downfall was the wait time from doing the interview to receiving the results. Still Awaiting to hear back after nearly 3 months from completing the interview.
