Entretien
Consisted of two interviews. One was a formal interview that was done at the restaurant with the GM. Very basic questions. The first interview was only around an hour. Second interview was basically a follow shift. spent around three hours at the restaurant and was able to ask questions about food cost and other such things pertaining to the restaurant.

Very simple questions. I found out after I was hired that the gm was brand new. Apparently the location I was hired at was on their sixth Gm in 2 years.

Entretien
Hiring is done through craigslist ads or monster ads. After contacting the ad I was set up with one of the GMs of the MA locations, I had a sit down with him and then and observation shift. After all of that, I had one final sit down the the CEO of the company. Easy questions were asked, if you know restaurants you will be fine. Do a little bit of research on Border before you apply.
