First interview call, spoke to person in English, although role was in Swedish. Person on the other line was kind and asked appropriate questions for the role. They gave task after the interview to translate and also answer some hypothetical customer service emails.

Past Experience, why they should hire you, working in a team etc.
Professional, structured and respectful, was welcomed nicely, offered coffee. Made efforts to calm my nerves. Good questions which made me realize I am not the right person for customer service.
