I successfully cleared the first two technical rounds, after which I was informed that the next stage would be the managerial round. However, when the panel joined, they unexpectedly announced that it would instead be a third technical round and even mentioned that I could drop the call if I didn’t wish to proceed. I completed the round, but later received a rejection email, which felt like an intentional decision. This sudden change in the process and lack of transparency reflect poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and effort. I felt my time was wasted, and the process appeared to be unfairly structured to lead to rejection.
