Disorganised and the guy running it had no idea how to manage or run the place. 4 to 5 tutors interviewing at the same time for 2-3 hour shifts and noone actually being watched or assessed - it is basically free labour. Was screened by someone on a Zoom call and asked to come in next day for this 'interview'. No structure no foresight and no planning. Fine if you want an easy job.
