Highly unprofessional. Highly uncommunicative. Will definitely leave you hanging and not answer any questions. Even after being turned down for the job, which I only found out by asking a couple times for the status of the process, I remained professional, wished them well, and asked if there was anything I could work on for future interviews. I never received a response of any kind.
