J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Books-A-Million en mars 2014
Entretien
I filled out a application online and within 3 1/2 weeks heard back. I was asked to come in for an interview and the process was simple. They asked me to tell them about myself, why I wanted to work for them ect. From there I was asked to read about their discount card and magazine programs and if I would be able to produce large selling numbers for them. I was told I would hear back if they were interested. A week later I was sent an email request for a backround check which I am waiting to hear about.

Question 1
If I was unable to provide a large number of discount card sales was I ok with not getting hours.
The interview was great. We chatted a lot about books, which was a nice indicator to me that there was an emphasis on providing good customer service. Other questions were pretty run of the mill. Very normal retail interview. They also asked about my school schedule, so we could work out a work schedule.

Easy, basic questions. Anyone could pass it. Be honest and friendly And it's yours. Bring a current resume and a smile! Google good questions to ask the interviewer when it's all done.

It was a very easy interview. It read like a conversation about topics I enjoy. No difficult questions, and the tone was very casual. I felt at ease, and the whole thing didn't last more than 10 minutes.
