Hiring Process was good. Some interview questions were above standard..All the rounds were equally tough. Everything was fine but please do.accwpt things that no person with Senior role will come and join in 15 days of notice period and atleast do mention the things before start of the interview process that we need to hire asap. after everything has been done once I get selected then u directly sending offer letter with joining date almost 15 days later. Lack of communication between the person and the head HR might be a reason behind that..These things spoil time of both mine and yours. Later once I resigned they call and say I had already selected another person who joining early so kindly communicate same to your company. Please do communication before arranging interview that we need joining very early. So Guyz if still you getting offer letter from this company don't trust and resign from your own company CZ they may say they selected another candidate and will reject your offer letter. Thanks

Process took around 1 week. There was 3 rounds 1HR and 2 technical. Every person in the team came to take my interview (web developer, designer and at the end their iOS developer) and they were asking anything which is not related to my profile. After clearing this round I got call for second round and after waiting for 1 hour the tech lead came, he asked some logical questions and negotiated about salary. I said my official notice period is 30 days but negotiable unto 15 days but they send me an offer in which the joining date was within 10 days. On this we argued so much that I can't join in 10 days. I already had resigned in my current company but fortunately they've retained me after I declined offer from BMH. So I will not recommend for this company.
