Because of that, I ended up having that second virtual on-site, which may not be the traditional process. However, even through the slightly complex situation, communication with the recruiting team and my hiring manager was very clear and consistent.

After submitting an application via the online portal, they reached out via email to set up a phone call. The call was very quick, to the point. Interviewer was relatively nice.
