I had a phone screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager. I had a great first interview, and was left hopeful about next steps. During my interview with the hiring manager, I was told they were looking for someone with a lot of experience, even though I had made my experience clear during my initial meeting.
In general, I think their HR phone screens need to be vetted more appropriately. I think the second interview was a waste of their time as well as mine, as it was clear I was not a fit based on what the hiring manager was looking for.
