They then never got back to me (Even to let me know I wouldnt be offered anything)

Smooth process. Went through one in person interview with a manager & a HR person. Practical questions to confirm the fit employee/job. Questions were regarding knowing more about my past experiences, my skills and ambitions. I applied through their job offer portal.
