Applied online, recruiter contacted within a week to schedule phone interview. However, rather than inquire about my availability she simply stated your interview is scheduled for xxx time tomorrow and you should call into xxx conference line. This was a bit off putting but I adhered. Was then invited for onsite interview, again, same situation where was never asked for my availability and just given a date, location and time to show up. They also changed the time after I confirmed, again without asking for my availability. This was clearly an insight into their culture, dogmatic and authoritative. The interview itself was fine, though an interviewer was added literally while I was there. 2 weeks post onsite I contacted the recruiter to close the loop and no response. Extremely poor experience and would never work for this company even if they extended an offer. It’s also disappointing because this was for an HR role, if they can’t treat their HR candidates with adequate respect I wonder about other roles.

Phone Screening , Followed by another Phone Interview, then flew me in for a a face to face Interview , then a psychometric Assessment . The whole process was average difficulty. However corporate Interviewers were not aware of that particular Branch's culture and so were not able to answer questions.
