I’ve interviewed for similar roles in this department three separate times over an extended period, meeting with different senior managers and completing the entire interview cycle each time. Despite the time and effort invested, I received no actionable feedback after any round.
Most recently, I was sent a candidate survey one day, only to receive a rejection the following afternoon — which makes the process feel more like a box-ticking exercise than a genuine attempt to evaluate candidates.
This repeated cycle of full interviews, vague rejections, and zero constructive feedback wastes both candidate and managerial time. It also raises serious questions about the consistency, judgment, and overall effectiveness of the hiring process.

Had the first stage of the recruiting process, an online interview for this position in the lisbon office. I felt that they have very high expectations , unfortunately low salaries for this position.

The interview process is quite straight-forward, first round screening with HR, then more in depth interview with hiring manager. Where STAR method questions were asked about previous experiences. The interviewer was very nice and helpful during the whole process.
