Great atmosphere during the process, quick and valuable feedback (there were listed not only things that got me a job, but also areas for improvement). The communication was both professional and friendly, I felt like I am just chatting with my friends. There were 2 main steps in the process: interview with HR and Design Lead + 8-hour test day with a task and a presentation of the outcome.
