Applied on their website. Received and email 2 days later to schedule a phone call to discuss benefits and setup a phone interview with another person. Actual phone interview was a conference call with 2 people. 6 questions based on past experience related to the applied job. Well structured and well run, overall a good experience. Interview ended with a layout of what jobs they had now and what would come open in the future.

Interview was scheduled approximately two weeks out, and was on time. Introduction were completed up front and question were scenario based. This was my first telephone interview I ever had, big success.
