they are looking for people with the most related experience. They will ask you for an example of an experience you had with a coworker that caused a fight then you will have to describe in detail what you did to rectify the situation with that co worker

Entretien
They do 2 sets of interviews that last about an hour in time, one with the HR people and 1 with the actual on the floor manager/coaches. They also take you on a tour of the plant for about an hour and really show you what they do in each department on a daily basis.

My interviewer was my supervisor, he was straight to the point. He wanted to know how efficient I was with machine work, if I could troubleshoot equipment and how good I was at attention to detail.
