The interview consisted of one meeting for about 45 minutes with the owner and her husband, then they called to have me demonstrate an hour Swedish massage on the owner's husband. I was then critiqued and offered suggestions to make my techniques more consistent with what spa practices were. I was then offered the position and started that week.
