Although I was very excited to interview with Bobbie, I did not have a great experience. The interview process lacked communication, transparency, and expected preparation. Multiple follow up emails and requests for prep were left unacknowledged by the team. My last interview was scheduled without adequate notice, which left me little time to prepare for a meeting with a very senior member of the team, and made me feel like I was not set up for success. I received an automated rejection email with no feedback. A company that champions making work and culture more inclusive and positive for parents should reflect the same values in their interview process, which should reflect the same care and "heartfelt urgency" they show their customers.

The interview process was interesting. The recruiter didn’t know how to phone screen and didn’t ask a single question. It felt like I was wasting her time and had to email her to remind her of the call she scheduled.
I’ve also met with the VP and was supposed to meet with the Co/Founder but was rescheduled on twice before receiving a rejection email from a man I’ve not spoken with. Zero regard for candidates time.
