I emailed back and forth with one of the project managers and we set a time for a phone interview. There ended up being 4-5 people on the phone, but it was very casual. We talked for about 30 minutes and they were all very nice and warm.

Emailed my resumé - was scheduled for an interview within a week. Go over resumé - really engaging project managers who conduct the interviews. Young office environment, really welcoming. I was definitely overdressed for my interview. They really want to get to know you and your experiences and how it can apply to Bluetext should you be offered the internship. The internship is unpaid - FYI.
