I had one phone interview with a recruiter and one in person interview with 3 people for 2 hours (HR, two people from accounting department). Passed the phone interview, sent my availability, and did not hear back from the company until after the weekend. I received an email to come in for in person interview 3 hours later from when I received the email. Called the recruiter to confirm, she said she thought she sent the email few days ago but email did not say the same. I went in since I wanted the job, did not hear back for several weeks. I reached out to interviewers, but no response. I connected with HR on LinkedIn and she said that I will hear back from them soon and I never did. I enjoyed the conversation with the interviewers however, I hope they have better interview process like confirming the interview date and time.
