Filled out online application first. Followed by a call from The Director of HR. Next I had a group interview with the Director of Sales and Director of Program Production to learn more about what things I would bring to the new site location. Follow the group interview, I spoke to The CEO to discuss my long term goals and how working for Blueprint would help in accomplishing my career goals. The interview process was very laid back although I was very professional in my attire and answers.
