Need to apply through the website and take a simple math test online. After you've been approved you will be invited to do a mini mock lesson with students (5 minutes) and an interview with the coordinator.

What are some of the challenges you anticipate in education? How will your experience help you overcome these challenges?
What's your educational philosophy?
Apply online, then get a phone screen from a recruiter to check why you are interested and what experience you have. At this stage they ask what region you are interested in and what age group. You then get set up to interview with a specific coordinator of a school. The interview was very low stress and fairly generic questions.
