It was great except I had to go multiple times to meet with multiple people. I also was told one hourly paid during the interview and called with a lower price.

I was called in for an interview within 24 hours of submitting my resume which was a great surprise. I scheduled my interview for the following week on a Tuesday at 2:00pm. I arrived at 1:55 and was walked to the meeting area where interviews were being held and my two interviewers were still meeting with another candidate. They proceeded to speak with this candidate for another 45 minutes leaving me waiting in the seating across from them. They didn't even acknowledge my presence nor did they break pace with their other interview to say "Sorry, this will be another few minutes we are running behind"..nothing! No respect for my time whatsoever. Even though they knew I was coming from my full-time job to the interview on my lunch hour. Once I finally sat with the two interviewers they asked me a total of 5 questions and the entire 'interview' lasted 10 minutes total.
Having worked for MAC cosmetics for 6 years, Laura Mercier and Dior I would expect Blue Mercury (a carrier of many high end brands) to uphold the same professional courtesy many of their vendors and competitors have when dealing with employees and potential employees.
I never heard back from the interviewers---not even to say "Thanks, but no thanks". They also never even told me their names hence why I'm just calling them "The interviewers". As someone who works in HR in my full-time job the level of disrespect to potential employees was astounding..
