I applied online. The process takes a long time, with multiple interviews. First there is a quick phone interview, followed by a supervisor interview (this interview was about the job details) and finally an interview with the VP (this was to make sure I was the right "fit" for the office environment).

The process took about 2 months from application submission to first day of work. The company has a phone pre interview then 2 in office interviews. Interview #1 was with other instructional designers about job detail and #2 was with a VP in the company about how I would fit with the office dynamics.
