The interview was conducted in English for the position of video editor for a major YouTube channel managed by the agency. The interviewer, a woman, was polite but spoke extremely fast, possibly as a test for non-native English speakers. The questions were very direct, focusing on technical skills, whether I had provided services to a company outside my country (I live in Brazil), and my salary expectations. Although the interviewer was polite, she seemed to be in a hurry and did not make an effort to create a friendly atmosphere.

The interview was very quick, it lasted about 5 minutes. We went mostly through my job experiences, how do I keep myself up to date with the current trends, my salary expectations for the position and the overview of the offered position in general.
