I sent my CV and cover letter, and was invited to a phone interview a week after. The interview itself was competency based and not so difficult. I was told in the interview, that the assessment centre would happen on a certain date so I kept the date free just in case. Three days before the assessment centre is due to take place, I still have not heard anything about the outcome. I send emails and calls to the company, however they are unanswered, finally I manage to get through to the HR manager who tells me my application has been unsuccessful. No feedback at all was provided, just a generic 'good luck with future endeavours'. Applicants should not have to hunt down a contact address in order to track the progress of their application. The experience overall was unprofessional.

Underwent a series of interviews including behavioral, case, technical interviews and a presentation which I prepared in advance. The interviewers were all approachable and amiable. They would guide you through the difficulties you encountered during the interviews.
