Interview with recruiter who was very nice, then a take home project, next interview with panel of employees, one of whom was the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience.

Interviewer was very friendly with a few challenging questions. A very diverse company that targets at excellent work. I believe people in BSD will be very interesting colleagues to work with and learn from.
