Pretty laid-back interview with a corporate person based out of Utah I think. They generally asked about my experience and about what motivated me toward a career in sales. At the end, I asked about their favorite book and we just went on to build rapport and get to know eachother.

I wouldn't agree to an in person meeting due to COVID. They expected me to come into their office to interview for a 20 minute introductory conversation.
I asked to do a virtual call, and this was their response:
"I understand your feelings. Health and safety are our number one priority, and we don't want you to feel compromised. Unfortunately, we are only holding in-person interviews at this time. Our offices are sanitized on a regular schedule and we are making sure we are social distancing. If you don't feel comfortable coming in, I can cancel your interview, and you can reapply in the future. Please let me know how you would like to proceed."
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I declined to work for a company with compromised morals.

Entretien
After applying online I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I showed up and waited for 20 minutes before someone brought me into their office. He asked who I was and what position I was applying for. He said I was supposed to be speaking with "the other guy" and proceeded to call him on speakerphone in front of me. The guy on the other end sounded irritated because there was a mixup, meanwhile the guy in front of me is rolling his eyes. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. He went ahead and "interviewed" me anyway which was for a different position, but he didn't ask me a single question about myself. He just talked about the money you can make going door to door trying to set appointments for solar sales. Finally I asked, Do you have any questions for me? And he said Yeah, why solar? They obviously were trying to hire any abled body. After that I did not contact them again.
