J'ai passé un entretien chez Blue Origin (Kent, WA)
Entretien
Phone Screen w/ manager: go over resume, some behavioral questions, a few technical/scenario questions
Onsite: presentation on project, 30 min 1:1s, some technical questions depending on interviewer.
Sadly the ME organization have really lowered there standards and the hiring process is almost like a boeing instead of a spacex style interview

Question 1
CAD drawing, and they ask you on how you would assemble it
Had a 1 call with a recruiter, who asked me about myself, and asked if i met the qualifications for the role. Then got ghosted for the 1:1s call, was never scheduled even after reaching out.

Entretien
30 minute call with recruiter going over experience, set up 4 hour virtual interview, Four 1 on 1 sessions.
Was told I would hear back "In a few days". Took 2 weeks to get back to me. Recruiter saw my resume with ~2.5 years work experience and decided for level II since the req was for any level. Was told that all 4 interviewers liked me but I didn't have enough experience for level II (3+ years) so they didn't give me an offer. Why even interview me and make me take the day off if you aren't willing the budge 6 months on total work experience.
